Caregiving & Dining Services Recognized in Radiant Senior Living’s Employees of the Year Awards
Years of service, dedication, and passion for care were traits shared by both winners of the 2021 Radiant Senior Living Employees of the Year award. Each year Radiant Senior Living recognizes two employees from nominations submitted by Executive Directors at Radiant Senior Living locations. The 2021 winners were selected from the 18 nominations sent in from Radiant communities.
Career Advancement: Cassidy from The Renaissance
I have been at the Renaissance Assisted Living in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho since November 11, 2020. I applied to work at this facility because the previous Executive Director was once a coworker of mine, and I knew that she had a good heart, so I was excited to have the opportunity to make a positive change in our residents’ lives.
Employee Highlight: Grace from Farmington Square in Beaverton, OR
Grace exemplifies a strong work ethic, loves her job, and approaches work with contagious enthusiasm. In December 2021, she celebrated her 15th work anniversary with Farmington Square Beaverton.

Celene is the Business Office Manager at Sweetbriar Villa, an Assisted and Memory Care community in Springfield, Oregon. Celene has worked in senior living for over 19 years.
