Continual Training

Regular training opportunities allow for team members to continually hone their skills as well as learn new skills. New team members at Radiant Senior Living communities start their training process with a General Orientation and then will continue to their job specific training. Additional training opportunities are given as often as daily. We offer entry level positions with opportunities for growth as well as positions for those with industry experience.

Meet Jessica!

Jessica Penland is our Executive Director at Farmington Square in Salem. Her career in senior living began as a housekeeper. She worked her way through being a caregiver, med tech, wellness coordinator, business office director, and assistant executive director before accepting her current role.

Multiple Locations

Radiant Senior Living operates 15 senior care communities throughout Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, and Nevada.

Our Home Office is located in Portland, Oregon.

Team members who grow with our company have opportunities for employment within other Radiant communities as well as travel and support positions.

Flexible Schedules

Our Senior Living communities offer round-the-clock care and services. This allows us to offer many of our positions schedule flexibility. Schedule flexibility is great for team members who wish to pursue further education and training while still bringing home a paycheck.

Meet Matt

Matt Theodore joined the Radiant family in September 2004 as a landscaper at Farmington Square in Beaverton, Oregon. He quickly worked his way into the Maintenance Director position where he thrived, learning the industry from the bottom up.

His career then spurred his eagerness to start college in 2012 where he worked for his Associate Degree in Facilities Maintenance. In May of 2014, Matt joined the Radiant Home Office team earning the title of Plant Operations Manager.

His attention to detail and leadership abilities quickly made him the perfect candidate for the Director of Environmental Services position where he supports our maintenance departments of Radiant Senior Living communities.
