  • Health Insurance

    All regular, active full-time staff working 30 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits in the first month following 60 days from the date of hire. Radiant Senior Living takes care of a portion of the Health premium for eligible team members.

    Eligible dependents are also able to enroll in the available plans. Eligible dependents include your spouse or domestic partner, your children, and your spouse's or domestic partner's children.

  • TeleHealth

    Team members who have elected to utilize any of our offered Health Insurance Plans have access to Teledoc. Speak to a licensed doctor by web, phone, or mobile app in under 10 minutes.

  • Mail Order RX

    Radiant Senior Living partners with CVS/Caremark to make it easy to order prescription refills, check drug cost and coverage and find ways to save on medications. Prescriptions are delivered directly to your door!

  • Dental & Vision Insurance

    Eligible Radiant Senior Living employees may sign up for dental or vision insurance during open enrollment. Radiant Senior Living takes care of a portion of the dental/vision premium for eligible team members.

  • Healthy Living Snack Program

    Our team member break rooms are stocked with healthy snacks and beverages to encourage healthy choices while on the job.

  • Smoke Cessation Program

    To encourage the health and well being of our employees, we will be offering a medical premium discount in 2018 to employees who are enrolled in a Radiant Senior Living medical plan and who are tobacco/nicotine free.
