Radiant First: $5000 Radiant Diamond Drawing Winner
Radiant Senior Living’s Mission Statement Recognition program highlights employees for their efforts and commitments in contributing to our common goal of our mission to create and sustain comfortable, caring environments for those who depend on us. Team members earn points each month from a variety of activities. There are four levels of Radiant Jewel awards given as milestones of achievement. The Radiant Diamonds have earned over 2,400 points. As part of a series, we will be featuring profiles of our Radiant Diamond winners. Each Radiant Diamond recipient is also put into a drawing for a chance to win $5000.

Last fall, Radiant Senior Living introduced a Radiant Jewel Program designed to recognize the efforts of staff members in their commitment to the Mission Statement and Values of Radiant Senior Living.
To start the recognition program, all team members received 100 points for each year that they have worked with a Radiant Senior Living community. Throughout the year, every employee has had the opportunity to earn points and recognition in the form of Radiant Jewels and monetary bonuses. Those community team members who achieve Diamond Status were also entered into a drawing for $5,000!
In 2023, over 150 Radiant Jewels have been awarded to staff members throughout all 10 Radiant Senior Living communities and the Home Office. The 2023 Diamond Drawing was held on October 19 during a virtual conference. James and Jodi Guffee, CEO and COO of Radiant Senior Living, drew the winner’s name.

Meet the 2023 Winner, Perla, Community Sales Director
Everyone who meets Perla Gonzales knows she has a heart for seniors. She has been working at Farmington Square communities since 2003 and has worked in many roles including Caregiver, Med Tech, Cook, Housekeeper, Scheduling, Wellness Director, Assistant Executive Director, and Community Sales Director. She has aided sister communities when they have needed extra support. She has been an inspiration to the many people who have had the pleasure of working with her. Perla Gonzales lives Radiantly.
