OUR TEAM is Comprised of People Who are CaringSmartProfessionalCreativePassionate
Ask our team… working in senior living is so much more than “just a job.” It takes a kind, smart, and passionate individual to do the work of caring for another person. We are proud to have a team comprised of just that type.
Whether its the team member who has been with our team for the past 25 years or the one that just started yesterday, we strive to be the best partner in their career. Our goal is to not only be the best at caring for the seniors that we serve, but also the best workplace available in senior living.

Farmington Square Eugene
“I worked in the Skilled Nursing, post-acute setting for a while as a Skilled Manager. I wanted something a little more homey, something a little more resident-focused, so I started looking at jobs at a community. I settled upon Farmington, although, I am sure that Jill [the Executive Director] thought it was weird that I called to interview them first. I had a tour to see what I thought of the place, to see if it was a good fit for myself and for them as well. After meeting with them four or five times, I decided to officially apply and go for the job.”

“I’m a mom and I knew I’d be good at it [working in senior living]. I wanted to be in the medical field and I figure this would be something I’d be really good at.”
Trevor, Activities Coordinator & Driver
“It was an unexpected surprise working here. Coming in I thought it was going to be just another job. But, I’ve really grown fond of the residents. It’s really become something special.”

“I started off taking care of my [great] grandmother at home. My great-grandmother was a diabetic so at age 12 I was taking care of her in her home. She passed away at home, and before her passing she told me that was what God had set me out to do, and that’s what I’ve been doing ever since.”
