Radiant team members 18 years and older with six months of service are eligible to sign up for pretax paycheck deductions for savings in the form of a 401K. Once eligible employees may sign up for 401K contributions by clicking the link below and clicking “Register as a New User.”

Radiant Senior Living’s Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts allow you to use pre-tax dollars to reimburse yourself for a wide variety of health and/or dependent care expenses that are not covered through your other benefit plans. The annual amount you elect to contribute to each account will be divided into equal amounts and deducted from your paycheck before federal, state, and local income taxes are withdrawn.

Radiant Senior Living takes care of a portion of the Dental/Vision premium for eligible team members.
