Health Insurance

Radiant Senior Living is proud to offer a variety of different health insurance plans to all regular, active full-time staff working 30 hours or more per week. The different health plans allow our team members to pick the plan that fit their needs and budgets. Eligible dependents may also participate.

Teladoc

All of the insurance plans that we offer also include Teladoc. Teladoc provides FREE access to U.S. board-certified doctors who can resolve many of your medical issues, 24/7/365, via phone or online video consults from wherever you happen to be. This saves our team members some time and an office visit copay.

Vision and Dental Insurance

Radiant Senior Living offers affordable dental and vision plans through Guardian.

Health Flexible Spending Account

Team members can even further their health plans by contributing to a Health Flexible Spending Account from pre-tax dollars.

Healthy Living Snack Program

Our team member break rooms are stocked with healthy snacks and beverages to encourage healthy choices while on the job.

Smoke Cessation Incentive

To encourage the health and well being of our employees, we will be offering a medical premium discount in 2018 to employees who are enrolled in a Radiant Senior Living medical plan and who are tobacco/nicotine free.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Radiant Senior Living’s Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA’s) allow you to use pre-tax dollars to reimburse yourself for a wide variety of health and/or dependent care expenses that are not covered through your other benefit plans. The annual amount you elect to contribute to each account will be divided into equal amounts and deducted from your paycheck before federal, state and local income taxes are withdrawn.

Paid Time Off

Paid time off accrual and paid holidays may apply in certain positions.

Direct Deposit

Radiant Senior Living offers you the opportunity to have paychecks automatically deposited into your bank account.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan

Radiant Senior Living offers eligible employees the opportunity to save for retirement through a 401(k) plan.

What is a 401(k)?

A 401(k) is a type of retirement savings plan with special tax advantages. The plan allows you to have money deducted from your paycheck (you decide how much) and deposited into an account for your benefit. Once deposited, you decide how to allocate your money among various investment options.

Reminder: Depending on your annual income you may also be eligible for a tax credit back on a percentage of your contributions.
